Why does samsung galaxy s4 keeps restarting?

I own a samsung galaxy s4. Recently i updated to lollipop. after that the phone restarts everytime i turn on mobile data. The same happens when i connect to wifi. i have done a factory reset. i have also updated all the apps thinking a third party app can cause such an issue. But no luck. I have tried to open in safe mode and again it restarted as soon as i turned on the mobile data. Plz tell me a solution.

Welcome to Android Central! If it persists in Safe Mode, then the problem might lie with the firmware. Try reflashing the firmware via Odin: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html. Get the correct firmware here: Firmwares - SamMobile
