how can i root my tablet samsung sm_t700?

What version of Android? If 4.4.2, what's the kernel date (Settings/General/About device/Kernel). You root the ROM, not the device, so it's different for each ROM. (Rooting is done by exploiting a bug in the ROM, and as soon as someone finds one, Google patches it in the next update.)
