[Q] g2 can not read lg ringtons alarms and ... (generali systemic files) after update to lolypop

[AC Question]

After updating my lg d802 to android 5.0.2 by lg pc suit my device cant read the sounds from system files it can not show or use sounds alarms ringtons etc
Even when i use charger it just vibrate and no sound.in settings there is no alarm ringtone notification sound to choose.what should i do?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist after a reboot? Is the phone rooted and modified?
