Faulty Battery?

So my phone has been off for six days without the battery on. Today I noticed that the battery went from 84% to 49% in about 10 or so minutes. I rebooted my phone and it went up to 56% rebooted it again and it said 54%. I then turned it off took out the battery and checked to make sure it was fine. I put the battery back on turned it on and it said 71%. After it booted up I checked what was eating my battery and it seemed normal except for some things.

UPDATE: The battery seems to be back to normal. I guess it had to adjust to being used again or something
