screen slow

Galaxy s3. Screen is very slow and colors are a little off after changing screen. Any idea why ?

Was it a genuine Samsung screen, and was the work done competently?

Also, could whatever damaged the original screen, have done other damage to the phone that you were not aware of before the repair was done?
