Is there any way to run a samsung stock rom on Verizon s3?

I want to remove the verizon rom from my phone and install a normal s3 rom from any international career etc. Is this possible?

The stock ROM for a Verizon S3 is the stock Verizon ROM. There's no "no carrier Samsung stock ROM".

The international phones are GSM, yours is CDMA, so flashing a GSM ROM would probably brick the phone. (And many non-US carriers put just as much junk in their ROMs as US carriers do.)
