Feedback for Lollipop update?

is there an official place I can give feedback about my Lollipop update, to Google? its really buggy and I can't find anything for the life of me. TIA. A link would be nice....

If you have a nexus device, Google is the right place to complain. There may be a feedback link on Android.com. If you don't have a nexus device, your feedback should go to the company that made your device as they built and certified the update for your device and most likely added a skin.
