When i woke up today my htc one (model pn07120) notified me there was a software update, so i let the update run.
Everything went smoothly at first, then when i thought the update was about done.. my phone started getting really hot and the next thing i know my phone is making the at&t startup sound (which is odd because i keep my phone on silent) then the white startup screen showed up with little messages that kept popping up saying "Unfortunately, 'blank' has stopped". I can say "ok" to all the messages except for the last one which is "Unfortunately, System UI has stopped". If i click 'ok' it just pops right back up again.
So far i have held the power button down until the phone turned off, but it just starts back up by itself with the same results.

Am i screwed? Or is there a fix to this issue?
There's things on my phone i really don't wanna lose.

After Powering Off, are you able to boot it into Recovery? A Cache Partition wipe may help.
