my facebook app icon is showing 6 times in the same folder.

Since the lollipop upgrade on my LG G3 i've had my phone with 2 facebook icons for some reason. I tried ro fix it but i now have 6 of those icons. Is there a way to delete the folder from the app drawer or delete each icon separately without having to hard reset my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! One possible solution is to go to Settings>Apps>All, select the Launcher app (I'm not sure the exact name of LG's launcher--if it isn't Launcher, it might be LG Home or something like it), and Clear Data. This will wipe the homescreens, so you'll have to set them all up again--but it might reset how the App Drawer displays.

Or try just pulling each icon out of the folder, one at a time, then delete it, until only 1 is left.

If that doesn't work, uninstall Facebook, restart (there should be no Facebook icons) and install Facebook. You'll probably have to log in once, but all your Facebook stuff is on the server, so it won't get lost.

Yeah that actually worked. I kinda figured it out trying to solve things while waiting for an answer here and this worked like a charm.
