Screen dead after water damage?

Last week I dropped my phone in the toilet. I immediately turned it off, took it apart as much as possible (I have a droid mini so the motherboard is glued to the battery so I can't take it out), and put it in rice and periodically added moderate heat. Today I plugged it in. For a little bit there was a solid green notification light, then it went away. After a few minutes it buzzed like it does when I turn it on and made the "droid" sound. Now there's nothing happening, there's no lights or anything. It obviously has power, but it just seems that the screen may not be working?

I still have it plugged in, but the red notification light is flashing like I have low battery.
