    I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini. I bought it in January. It has been working fine up until now. I am with Telecom 4G network. When I send a text it says that it has sent on my phone, but only 50% of the time the other person actually receives them. It also has problems when calling occasionally, with the call not going through, but I receive a text saying I have missed a call. Is this the phone or the network? Does anyone know whats going on?

    I would contact your carrier to see if they're having issues.
