I have an LG Neon TE365 phone, and I havent used this phone for almost 5 years. It's screen is broken, so even if it turns on, the screen stays black. I have alot of photos on this phone, and I was wondering if I bought a USB data cable for the phone, would I be able to retrieve the photos? It still has the SIM card and battery, but it's been sitting in my drawer for almost 5 years.
    Let me know,
    Thanks!

I would try plugging it up to a PC and see if you can browse to the photos.

I don't think that's an Android phone. You might try Welcome to BitPim on it. (It's an old program, and may or may not be able to see that phone - and if the phone has the old LG wide connector, finding a cable for it might be a problem.)
