Yes, I've been trying to sort it out and haven't had any luck so far. I'm running a stock AT&T Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Force-stopped the Play Store app, cleared the cache for it, cleared the data for it, removed my account from it and uninstalled all updates for the Play Store and none of that fixed it... 0.0 I'm thinking it might be a server-side issue with some users' accounts, but that's just a guess on my part.
