There's no delete button to delete this clingy app

I downloaded this file manager app whic seemed like a virus to me but I still downloaded it because I needed it so I downloaded it anyway but now I wnt to delete it but it won't go away it says that its part of the system admin now. when I want to delete or say put it on inactive the screen goes back on its own and I'm back at the beginning. I can press the inactivate button a thousand times but the screen brings me back as if my phone doesn't want me to delete the app every time I get to close to deleting it.

(sorry for my gibberish)

Try Security - Device Administrators and uncheck if there,
and also Unknown Sources - don't allow,

and Trusted Credentials, search system and User (usually none under user)

I think it's safe to clear all trusted credentials as it will re-populate, but check back here first.

Also if you are using an unstable Launcher it might be worth switching.
