My home button will only bring up the Touchwiz screen.

Since the latest upgrade, my Samsung S4 home button will only bring up the Touchwiz screen & even though I choose the full Touchwiz & always use it, every time I use the home button, the same message box reopens. Is there a way to either uninstall Touchwiz or disable it from my home button?
