How can I put Miscellaneous Files back on my Available space

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and I wanted this game called "Gangster Vegas", so I got rid of some storage when I got rid of the storage I got 2.45GB of available space so I went and tried to get the game. But then it said there is not enough space while it was downloading and all of the storage I opened up is now trapped in Miscellaneous files. I've deleted the files inside yet nothing happens and I shut down but nothing happens. I literally been looking all day for someone to help with the problem
