    I cannot get past the blank screen that says try again, no matter how many times. I actually was prompted to change the screen pass code 1-2 days ago due to my work outlook account, but I thought it seemed like a reasonable amount of time to do that. I changed the battery tonight, and cannot get into the phone at all. Except for emergency call...which I don't want to do? What is my next step? I have already restarted and have powered off and on. Nothing makes a difference.

    Try logging in to your Google account on a PC and change your device security details from there.
