Can't download from Google Play!

Everytime I try to install an app,I receive a message"Error Can't Retrieve Information From Server".It started since I reinstalled play store!Any suggestion for solving this problem?

You've had issues like this before, haven't you? Is this on the same device as before, or a different one? Is the device rooted, and have you been modifying or deleting any system apps?

Not like this!It's rooted and I only unistalled apps like Samsung apps & Chaton.Nothing from Google an it only started yesterday!
