How to save TV shows on genesis on nexus player

Does anybody know how I can save TV shows from kodi TV more specific Genesis add on into my favs..

Download the Yatse remote control app from the Google app store. Configure the app (the app will walk you through it). Then hit the menu button and save to favorites.
Or just order the fire TV remote w a menu button.
Sucks there is no menu button on the remote!
