It's not simple, but you could try flashing the KitKat firmware via Odin: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html. Find the correct firmware here: Firmwares - SamMobile. If you're successful, you will probably start getting update notifications again, so you may have to root the phone in order to disable the system updater. Upvote 0 Downvote
