Phone keeps saying Unfortunately, *aplication" has stopped." what should I do?

My phone keeps saying: "Phone Storage space is going low. Please remove some data to ensure the stability of the phone." yet the only things on my internal memory are the original applications on it like Google play and such. I have an 8GB SD Card on it, and downloaded one app, which is an EBOOK app. Now I can't receive phone messages because of its phone memory as stated here on it. The app that I downloaded is not accesible and so are the other: Google Play, Browser..... It keep's saying that:"Unfortunately, *aplication" has stopped." and "Android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly"
