Helium backup with new LG G4 issues??

[AC Question]

I am having issues with the new G4 successfully connecting on the phone. The desktop portion of helium comes up connected but the app on the phone just keeps spinning. I have tried using both ptp and mtp along with usb tethering. Anyone have any ideas or similar issues? Thanks in advance.

Exact same problem here on my new G4. Installed the drivers from the phone, allowed debugging, the Helium Desktop app says that Helium has been enabled on my Android, but the phone app just sits there and spins.

Any ideas?

I emailed their support, thanks for that info. I have not figured it out yet . I have tried about every way I can think of to get it to work. Anyone else have luck?
