    I just received a replacement Samsung Galaxy S5 due to a problem with gsiff_daemon draining my battery terribly. I haven't sent the original phone in yet. My question is will the warranty be voided bc of a cracked screen on the origianal phone? The rep did not ask any questions regarding phone condition when he remoted in for troubleshooting.

    Did you not tell them it was cracked before sending it back?
