Everyone knows that there used to either be a toggle switch in the notification bar area, or one could be added to this area for quickly toggling your mobile data on/off, but now it seems that the S6 doesn't have this.

Anyone know of a quicker way than going in through the settings and having to make like 10 taps?

Welcome to Android Central! You could use something like Power Toggles, but unfortunately with Lollipop, 3rd party mobile data toggles will only take you to that Settings menu, and you still have to tap the actual mobile data switch again to turn it off. In order for the mobile data switch to be one touch only, it has to be part of the system (like it is on my Zenfone 2).
