What happens if I send a text to a number on my blocked numbers list?

I added a number to my "spam numbers" list because I did not want to receive any more texts from this person. If I *send* a text to that number, will it go through/will they receive it?

Yes. The spam setting handles incoming texts. (But unless you're sending a text to say "I blocked you, so don't waste your time trying to text me", it would be kind of childish or cruel to send the text.)
