How do i move my ringtones saved in 'storage/audio' folder to ringtones folder on turbo?

salesperson moved my purchased ringtones from rzrm phone to turbo when I purchased new phone last week.. but the files are in storage>audio folder and there is no menu to copy or move etc .. how do I get them into the turbo ringtone folder so I can use them?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you unable to copy them using the file manager app? You could use a 3rd party file manager like Total Commander or X-Plore. Or you could connect to your computer via USB and use Windows Explorer to copy the file.

What's the exact directory name? If you're looking at a system directory, you can't manipulate files there if you're unrooted--but I would guess the salesperson wouldn't have been able to put it there in the first place.
