This week I installed AndroVid on my Samsung S4. This week, I also noticed ALL of my photos in the Camera folder were missing (along with the folder). When I go to Gallery, I can't find them. I've since taken a photo, and now that photo alone shows up in the Camera folder.
When I installed AndroVid, my phone gave me a warning that I was running out of storage space and this might affect my phone's performance. Now, I am missing over 600 pics and I suddenly have 3.5 Gb of free space on my phone.
I've tried turning off my phone and turning it back on. I checked for the deleted files in my Google accounts, and my Drop Box account. Not there either (I had disabled syncing to these accounts unfortunately).
Any suggestions on how to get my pictures back?

Welcome to Android Central! Are the photos only missing from the Gallery display, or are they also missing if you use a file manager to look in the /storage/sdcard0/DCIM/Camera directory?
