I leave a voice message for someone and am hanging up and I hear, faintly, a voice telling me I must go to the keypad and press "1" twice to send my message. I want to send it automatically. Many of my messages have never been received because I've hung up quickly and not taken these extra steps. How can I eliminate this requirement?

Welcome to Android Central! That's usually a function of the carrier or phone service that the person you're calling uses. Although most systems like that will still record your message if you just hang up. The additional options usually have to do with marking the message urgent, or similar actions.
