How do I change the Settings on my voicemail?

When I go to check my voicemails on my galaxy star pro I am required to listen to the persons phone number and how many minutes the voicemail will be. I run a business and that just seems like wasted time to me when I just want to hear the message. I usually have anywhere from 15 to 20 messages by the time I can check them. Is there a way I can change that?

Call your carrier and ask if they can set it that way for you. (Your phone just calls your voicemailbox number - after that it has no control over what happens.)
