HELP scReen doesnt work but everthing else does I NEED HELP

Ok while taking a shower i was listen to my phone and when i was done i got my phone and was on it..then out of nowhere my phone started to flicker like if it was going to black out or something so the first thing i did was restart my phone,,when it turn on it i struggled to unlock the phone like the sceen wouldnt do nothing so i waited a while and i tried agin and the screen was changing color and flickering again so i just pulled out the battery and now the sceen doent touch buteverthing els does (home button work, the voule works the button next to the homebutton work) the phone isnt frozen or black is just doesnt toch or slides?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? It sounds like the screen has failed--possibly from the water vapor from the shower, although it might also be coincidence. Regardless, you'll need to get the screen replaced--bring it to a repair shop.
