Welcome to Android Central! Which mini phone is it? Are you unable to access the settings menu? You need to go to Settings>Accessibility, and turn off that visual impairment setting.

Welcome to Android Central! If it's in TalkBack mode, you have to swipe using two fingers instead of one, and double-tap items instead of single-tapping.

    Welcome to Android Central.

Follow these instructions first, for turning off Talkback, if that's what it is.
    Settings - Accessibility - Talkback

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying the screen is blank?

Have you already looked through the Google support page for TalkBack? https://support.google.com/accessibi..._topic=3529932
