AC Question
My Samsung s5 keeps saying my alternative password is incorrect and every time I try to use the finger scanner it says no match. I am unable to access my phone and it is really frustrating. I can't get in to Factory restart or anything like that. I have tried multiple times restarting it, turning it on and off, taking the battery out and putting it back in, washing and drying my hands then trying, wiping the screen and the button and trying to use my Gmail account but nothing. PLEASE HELP ME THANK YOU!
