note 4 constantly reminding me that my location is turned off!!!

My galaxy note 4 is always telling me i need to turn location on, i keep it and my wifi off to save battery, any way to keep these from popping up 10+ times a day? Also how to keep ur phone from trying to connect to wifi when i have it turned off? Extremely annoying!!!

I think the reason it is telling you that is because you must have an app you are using that requires location.

I use GPS location and never turn off my WiFi or GPS and my battery is great. In the advanced settings of WiFi, you can turn off scanning and tell the phone to keep the WiFi off during sleep. When your screen goes black, the WiFi will go off.
