Why isn't my Note 4 (5.01) screen locking when answering a call?

Note 4 (5.01) Screen not locking when answering a call

Since the latest update my Note 4 does not lock the screen when in a call. So My cheek will touch and activate buttons. When this happens I end up changing settings.
I've also found that the screen does not lock even though I have the setting set to immediately. So when I place it in my pocket I **** dial random people.

I've checked all my settings and my corporate email policy requires a password so it should lock and prompt for a password to unlock
