Returning lightly scratched phone?

After a week with my lg g4 I have decided I'm using way too much data with ATT and want to switch to T-Mobile. However, I just noticed there is a very light scratch on the screen that is only visible at certain angles with the screen off.

Does anyone have experience with how closely they examine the phone upon return?

It depends in the rep, they are probably going to charge you a restocking fee anyways so you might still be ok.
