They are being sold at the same retailer and there is no significant difference in the price. I live in the US and use AT&T, but I travel about two months out of the year mainly to the UK, Europe and the Caribbean. Both versions work on 4G LTE which I want. Which should I go with and why?

I don't know all the differences, but do know this much.. You won't get the international one repaired at Samsung USA, warranty or not.
