S4 can't hear or speak during phone calls

My s4 will make and receive phone calls but when I answer all I here is silence the other person can't hear me either when I make phone calls it goes through but I hear no ringing nothing I have tried everything I can think of system reset hard aND soft uninstalled just about every app checked all the settings several times checked all software updates the only thing I found if I turn on WiFi calling and connect to WiFi phone works as normal so I know the speaker an microphone work fine someone please help me real annoying having a phone that does not make phone calls

Have you done a factory reset?
If you have, than get in touch with your carrier, it could be their issue.
