Android Camera don't work

Help me . :/ Hi. I wish you could me about my problem. I just got this Samsung galaxy grand prime last january. So, I am using this already for 6 months. But when I tried to open my camera it said "Server error occured. Restart camera"

I felt sorry for not taking good care of my phone. But i don't know what happened. I just read in other post that Just clear the cache or reboot it. So i reboot it and yes it is fix. But after how many weeks it happened again. So i reboot it again. And it works again.


The next few weeks again camera don't work again. So i try to reboot it but it didn't work so i guess there is a big problem about my phone. Please help me. I am always using my phone to do selfie. XD

Is there any way what should i do,or just go to the store where i bought this and ask for a help/warranty.

Welcome to Android Central.

Have you tried a Cache Partition wipe? It may fix it, and will cause no loss of personal data.

Also, have you tried Safe Mode?

Also also, are you using an SD card? If bad, it may be causing trouble.

The method of doing it varies from one device to another, though not much.
