HELP my screen has turned grey scale

[AC Question]

Randomly my samsung s6 screen has turned to greyscale. I do not have the ultra power saving mode on and I have tried settings, accessibility, vision and grey scale is turned off.
I do not want to reset my phone as I am finding it very difficult to transfer everything on my phone to my laptop.
Any other suggestions? Or is there an easy way to transfer all my data, contacts, pictures and music etc so I can reset??

I would try rebooting the phone. If you had it in ultra power save mode at some point it could be stuck.

My S6 does the same thing. I have tried rebooting it and it made no difference. It seems to happen more when its hot out. I have yet to figure out what is causing it to happen. It has no corrilation to wether or not i use the power saving mode
