How do i download the latest sofware for a galaxt s5?

When i go into my settings, wifi calling isnt an option. Its non existing on my phone. I noticed that my software is 4.4.2 and figured that must be why. Since my cell service has been cut off, i kind of need wifi calling. Any suggestions, i would prefer to use the built in wifi calling instead of viber or line. When i go to update through settings, it says its up to date and come back in 24 hours

If the phone has no cellular service on it then wifi calling won't work. You will need to use something like Google Voice or Hangouts wifi calling which is basically the same thing.
