On my Samsung galaxy note 3, I have started getting this annoying popup bubble at the bottom of my screen since upgrading to lollipop that alerts me several times in a minute that I'm "using mobile data connection". There doesn't seem to be a pattern or any particular app that changes the frequency of this popup, and whenever it's on my screen, I can't access anything directly behind it, yet there's no way to select it and I can't find any setting for these anywhere. Any ideas on disabling this message?

    Welcome to Android Central.

    Try a Cache Partition wipe.
