How do I transfer photos and videos from S4 to computer?

Connect your S4 to your computer with the charging/sync cable. Plug the cable into the phone and the other end into a USB port on your computer. The computer will read the phone as a drive. You should get a pop-up screen on your computer asking you what you want to do with the drive. Click on open files (or something very similar). The files on your phone will now show up on your computer screen. You should be able to drag and drop items from phone files to your computer files. All this is assuming you are using a Windows computer. If you have an Apple product, I have no clue.
