Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet - it's stuck on the samsung galaxy note 10.1 screen. What do I do?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet (bought in 2013 marc) .Last night was everything ok, and for morning it's stuck on the samsung galaxy note 10.1 screen. I tryed to reset, (power+wolumw button), it was looks like will restarting, but that sign it1s stuck again.What should I do?
