I dropped my Galaxy s5 and there was no damage on the phone (it was in a case) but the screen was frozen so I took the battery out and put it back in. Now it wont turn on. I've tried plugging it into the charger but the phone wont do anything.

Welcome to Android Central! There doesn't have to be any visible external damage for there to be significant internal damage. The shock might have caused damage to the motherboard.

You could try a new battery, in case the drop damaged the battery itself. Also, make sure you press and hold the Power button for about 15 seconds when you're trying to turn it on.
