My screen is white, nothing is working help

[AC Question]

I have a rca tablet model RCT6773W22, I bumped it. Now the screen is white, it doesn't change. I have tried to reset it, restart it and opened it up, I adjusted wires but the battery is built in, along with the screen. Plugging in the chord also doesn't do anything. Help.

Welcome to Android Central! How hard did you "bump" it? Chances are that the screen got damaged by the trauma. You probably need to get the screen replaced.
