I use to be able to highlight a word on my Samsung Galaxy S3 on a webpage and scroll down to access a Google dictionary but I accidentally hit a button that disabled that option and I don't know how to bring it back. Please help.

    Welcome to Android Central!

Try going in to your settings, application manager, all apps, go to Chrome and clear the defaults. See if that fixes it.

Have you updated Chrome recently? They included a new feature to search on a Web page. Go to Chrome settings - privacy and make sure that "touch to search" is on.
