Is there a way to de-activate Verizon Voicemail or other Verizon manufacturer installed apps?

I have a Verizon S6 on T-Mobile Network. I can't change the "*86" message for voicemail. I do have Google Voice installed...but I'm still getting Verizon pop-up messages. It should be noted, I have no working knowledge of programming language. Thanking you all in advance!

Welcome to Android Central!

You can try going in to your settings, applications, all applications, scroll to the Verizon Voicemail and see if you can disable it.
