I have a new Galaxy Tab S LTE, using AT&T as my provider. The Hot Spot turns off on its own. This seems to be related to low cell signals. Any connection between the two?

Welcome to the forums. It might be related. If the signal gets too low to be maintained or the power requirements become too high there might be a coding to kill the hotspot.
