I linked 3 contacts; how can I unlink them? What do I have to do?

I linked 3 different contacts on my Samsung s6. Is the only way to unlink them to delete them and then add them back into my contacts?

Welcome to Android Central!

You should have an option to unlink them.

The screenshot has link but there will also be an unlink if they are joined.
