How to fix my android phone?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit (model #SGH-T599N) I was doing the factory data reset on my phone, when it was rebooting it wouldn't go past the Samsung logo you see when you first turn it on. It was stuck on that screen for the longest time ever. I've done the factory reset twice before and never had this problem. I called Samsung and they told me to go to Best Buy cause they can wipe out my software to fix my phone, but it didn't work because since the screen was stuck their computers couldn't recognize my device as a phone. I was thinking about shipping the phone to Samsung to see if they can fix it completely. But is there another way to fix my phone please??? please help

Welcome to the forums. Can you pull the battery, and reinsert? Then press volume down, power and possibly home at the same time?

I took out my battery already. and when I put it back in it turned the phone on and its still stuck on the samsung logo screen. My phone charges still.....

Is the battery swollen? Take it out and spin it on a smooth flat surface

It's not my battery I'm sure. It's something wrong with the phone. After i did the factory reset it can't get past the samsung logo. it's stuck...frozen. I don't know what to do.

I am not sure what else to suggest. Since the screen is stuck that limits what can be done. I would try contacting Samsung again and explaining that you tried what they suggested and it didn't work.
